Hello.

I am just one of those people... the kind that every time you see them they have some new crazy plan or idea. I obsess about it and research it until I either forget, know every detail, or it becomes part of who I am. Anyone who has ever had more than one conversation with me knows this and I'm sure they take every one of my ideas with a grain of salt.

To give a few examples:

  • Becoming a Disney Princess ( you know, the ones at the theme park)
  • Moving to Switzerland to be a Field Epidemiologist ( In progress)
  • Volunteer in Peru
  • Aerial Silks
  • Joining the Circus
  • Trapeze
  • Riding my bike to work
  • Rollerblading
  • Egg donating
  • Scrapbooking
  • Skydiving
  • Writing a thriller novel with my sister
  • Writing a blog with my sister
  • Hiking in Hawaii
  • Anything really.. I don't discriminate

The point is, I want to do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING, but never get to it..

Turning Point... The Spartan Race.

Like any young woman. I'm constantly in battle with my weight. I have gone through so many diets and workouts and plans it's not even listable. So when I started going to this magical place called Orange Theory Fitness, it all finally clicked! I officially made fitness a habit (maybe even a hobby). So, enter The Spartan Race. From a random conversation someone introduced me to this insane race where you jump fire, crawl under barbwire, and climb ropes. I thought to myself, "I could NEVER do that, I would DIE." Next thing you know, I was standing at the start line in my pink Nikes with my adrenaline pumping.

4.7 Miles and 10 obstacles later, I completed and followed through with one of these crazy ideas that seemed so out of reach.

Yep, That's me crossing the finish line.
So, what would any other 21 year old college girl do while on the high of achievement?

Make a blog.

So.. This is about my obsessions, my successes, failures, and my day to day whatever. Of course with a splash of Nutrition.
